Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality frozen products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.
We will give a full refund for any frozen chicken order that has been damaged during shipping or if the product delivered to you is not what you ordered.
We prefer to provide a replacement product instead of a full payment return to address customer concerns. Therefore, we offer a replacement for any frozen product order that does not meet the customer's expectations.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a replacement, and we may ask for photographic evidence to support the replacement request.
